On August 4th, Beijing Guohua Technology Co., Ltd. (BGT) officially signed a Sino foreign joint venture agreement with British company DVE and Beijing Zhengfengkai Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. (ZFK), marking that Beijing Don Valley Technology Corporation will enter the business approval and registration process and is expected to be officially established by the end of the year.
The Sino British DVE joint venture negotiation lasted for more than a year, and went through four formal negotiations and two informal consultations. The joint venture aims to introduce efficient and large-scale DVE vibrating screens and centrifuges manufacturing technology and brands from the UK with over 70 years of history, in order to achieve Guohua Technology's strategy of producing and selling high-end screening machines and centrifuges.
